Showdown Series Invitational

The Showdown Series Invitational (SSI) is our end of year event taking place on Friday, June 13th 2025. Within it, the best players from the year will go head to head in an unlimited-overtime best of five series to crown our SSI champion.

How did They Qualify

Throughout the year, players have been competing in Clashes and earning points respective to their performance. Our top two players have been qualified as team captains and will be building their teams from the remaining players. They will then battle it out in the Showdown Series Invitational.

What is the tournament format?

SSI is just a single match, the grand final. It will be using the main BLAST R6 competitive ruleset. The series will be a best of five, requiring teams to win three maps to win. Unlimited overtime will be enabled on all maps, meaning teams will need a 2 point lead to take a map. It will also be our first tournament on the brand new Rainbow Six Siege X.

Where can I watch?

SSI can be watched online on my Twitch channel, twitch.tv/traviiiii_. We also aim to welcome a live audience to the event, who will be able to watch from the University of Suffolk. The event will feature a full production setup, including casting and analysis segments throughout.

Watch the tournament live!

In addition to an online broadcast, we're also welcoming people to come and support the teams in person, just fill out this form, and full details will be sent to your email!

Road to SSI

  • Rainbow Six Siege
The first three tournaments of the Showdown Series, while having no impact on SSI points, they are still significant. Our early tournaments were a concoction of chaos, and laid the foundations for what 2024/25 holds.

  • Rainbow Six Siege
Questions have been answered and the reign of Sam continues. Dominating the competition with a positive 14 round differential, no one came close to taking down our champion. It's going to be a serious upset if anyone else can claim the throne.

  • Rainbow Six Siege
The calls of SS4 being a fluke have been silenced, Conor took the january clash in strong fashion, but the top spot was closely contested by newcomer, Alfie, who was only a few rounds away from taking the crown for himself.

  • Counter Strike 2
A return to LAN, the February clash was a total brawl and one of the closet events we had ever held. After an exhilerating grand final that required all three maps, Conor and Alfie took their place at the top of Counter Strike.

  • The Finals
In our final clash of the year, Alfie continued his dominance and solidifed himself not only in Showdown Series history, but also as a Team Captain going into the Showdown Series Invitational.

  • Rainbow Six Siege X
The final tournament of the year, it's all led up to this...
